Large Fold Out Electric Awning for Deck or Patio
The Ultimo will protect you and your furnishings from the harsh New Zealand sun at the touch of a button. The fully Automated Operation extends the folding arms from a fully enclosed Cassette that presents a clean fascia when the Awning is not in use.
The Ultimo Awning is custom made for each installation and comes with a range of projection options. ‘Projection’ describes how far the awning extends, and the Ultimo is available with 2m, 2.5m, 3m or 3.5m. You can also choose from a huge range of fabric colours and designs, all manufactured from water-repellent, marine-grade 100% acrylic with a UPF rating of 50+.
The Folding Arms come in your choice of Anodised Silver or White Powder Coat and the décor trim kit is available in Silver, White or Graphite.
Superior components
Arm components are made from pressure die-casted corrosion resistant aluminium; arm profiles are manufactured from extruded corrosion-resistant aluminium. Elbow joints have Dyneema® connections to improve the stability of the awning. Heavy-duty springs ensure optimal fabric tension at all times – water runs off if it rains, helping to ensure longevity of the awning fabric
Automated operation with optional wind/sun sensor
Using premium European electric motors, the Weathermaster Ultimo awning extends or retracts with the push of one button. Choose remote control, wall switch or both. Awning controls can be integrated into home automation systems. Your awning can also have a wind/sun sensor, which will automatically close the awning once the wind reaches the programmed safety level or extend the awning when sun is detected.
Protective cassette housing
When not in use, the Weathermaster Ultimo awning is entirely enclosed by a protective aluminium cassette. This ensures that fabric and components are shielded when not in use.
